In short. Nothing: the first meeting is free of charge. I prefer to hold it in person, at your company or at one of the offices where I meet clients, but it can also be online. I use it to understand what is going on and to explain how I work.

What happens next

If we decide to work together, I propose the format that fits best: usually a yearly engagement, or a shorter first step, such as a quarter or an in-company training session.
