In short. Yes. There are four topics, and they can be combined: workflows, with methods such as Kanban; artificial intelligence in the company; IT infrastructure and digital platforms; and sales processes that need strategy, communication and marketing.

Why these topics

In every company I have worked with, I have run meetings and training. The topics are the fields I have worked in, from communications to strategy. Working with different companies, I keep coming across new techniques and experiences, and training is where they become useful to others too.
