In short. I build the strategy, with the owners and the people who run the company, and I follow it over time. Tadao Agency, the agency I founded in Macerata in 2008, puts it into practice: it develops and maintains digital platforms and builds AI tools and communication materials.

On artificial intelligence

On AI the work is shared from start to finish. I build the adoption strategy, oversee its checks and controls, and train the people; Tadao Agency creates the tools and methods to put it into practice. The division of roles is also described on the My work page, under “With Tadao Agency.”
