In short. To do my work I need to see the company as it is: the numbers, the open problems, the hard decisions. What I see stays confidential, and some engagements are covered by nondisclosure agreements. That is why part of my work does not appear on this site.
Why access to everything matters
I need to see the company as it is, not as it is presented. Without transparency the discussion stays on the surface. I bring method and an outside view; the company brings what it knows about itself, its people and its pace.
