In short. Usually every week. Strategy and operating plans change with the company and with the market, and my steady presence keeps them current and makes sure they reach every level. For well-defined issues there are also engagements of one day, one month or one quarter.

Why every week

Strategy work does not end with the plan. The weekly meetings are there to see what is working, to correct course and to support people while they change the way they work. Over time the company makes decisions with its own criteria, and I stop being a guide and become someone to talk things through with.
